EPRO

EPRO was established in Gronau, Germany in 1970. Its predecessor was the Netherlands Signal Equipment Co., Ltd., which was originally a factory under the Philips Group in Europe at that time. After going through several changes, it became independent in 1992. In 1994, it merged the Turbine Monitoring and Protection Division of Philips, inheriting valuable experience, production facilities, senior experts, as well as the sales and after-sales service network. In 1995, it incorporated the Rotating Machinery Protection Department of AEG Company. In 2009, it was acquired by Emerson Electric Co. and became an important part of Emerson's Process Management Asset Optimization and the PLANTWEB Digital Factory structure.

The company focuses on providing monitoring and protection systems for rotating machinery. Its core products cover vibration monitoring, condition monitoring, machinery protection, and process control solutions, etc., and also include various sensors, controllers, and other products. These products are widely applied in multiple industries such as power generation, oil and gas, petrochemicals, marine, and mining.

With reliable quality and stable performance, its products are highly trusted worldwide. EPRO also has remarkable achievements in the Chinese market. Starting from the initial introduction of 18 sets of RMS700 systems by the Ministry of Electricity, it has developed to nearly a thousand sets of MMS6000 systems operating stably, accumulating rich and successful experience in numerous units and equipment.

MMS6000 Series Boards

Shaft Vibration Monitoring Board: MMS6110, which is used to monitor the shaft vibration of rotating machinery.

Bearing Vibration Monitoring Board: MMS6120, mainly used to monitor the vibration of the bearing housing.

Displacement Monitoring Board: MMS6210, which can monitor the displacement of the shaft.

Eccentricity Monitoring Board: MMS6220, used to monitor the eccentricity of the rotating shaft.

Keyphasor Monitoring Board: MMS6310, which can provide the keyphasor information of rotating machinery to assist in analyzing the operation status of the equipment.

Speed Monitoring Board: MMS6312, which realizes the measurement and monitoring of the equipment speed.

Differential Expansion Monitoring Board: MMS6410 and MMS6418, used to monitor the differential expansion between the components of rotating machinery.

Light Bar Meter: MMS6771 (0 - 100%) and MMS6772 (-50 - 50%), which can intuitively display the percentage of relevant measurement data in the form of light bars.

Communication Board: MMS6831 and MMS6822, which are responsible for the communication between the system and external devices or other systems.

Configuration Software: MMS6910 and MMS6920, used for the configuration of the monitoring system and the setting of parameters.

MMS3000 Series Boards

Speed Transmitter: MMS3311, which converts the signal detected by the speed sensor into a standard electrical signal output for easy measurement and control.

Thermal Expansion Transmitter: MMS3410, used to convert the signal of the thermal expansion sensor into a standard signal to achieve the accurate measurement and monitoring of the thermal expansion of the equipment.

Barring + Speed Direction Module: MMS3910/311 - 01, which integrates the functions of barring control and speed direction monitoring.

Limiting and Locking Module: MMS3910/311 - 02, which can carry out limiting and locking control on the operation of relevant equipment to ensure the safety of the system.

Speed Redundancy Module: MMS3910/311 - 04, used to realize the redundancy function of speed measurement and improve the reliability of the system.

Sensor Series

Thermal Expansion Sensor: PR9350 series, including various models such as PR9350/01 and PR9350/02, used to measure the thermal expansion of equipment caused by temperature changes.

Speed Sensor: PR9376 series, such as PR9376/010 - 001 and PR9376/010 - 011, which can accurately measure the speed of rotating equipment.

Proximitor: CON011, CON021, CON041, etc. are proximitors with standard measurement ranges. CON011/916 - XXX, CON021/916 - XXX, CON041/916 - XXX (XXX represents the measurement ranges of 12mm, 16mm, and 20mm) can be selected according to different measurement requirements.
