B&K Vibro C002292.01 9100131600 VB-430 is a measurement, monitoring and display module belonging to the VIBROCONTROL 4000 series. Manufactured by B&K Vibro (formerly Schenck Vibro-Meter) with the part number VB-430, it is commonly used in vibration monitoring systems for rotating machinery.
This module enables accurate acquisition and processing of vibration signals, displays monitoring data in real time and outputs alarm signals, providing reliable support for the safe operation and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment. It is compatible with the rack of the VIBROCONTROL 4000 system and can be flexibly combined with other modules in the same series to meet monitoring requirements in different industrial scenarios.

Main Functions
Signal Acquisition & Processing
It can access sensor signals such as vibration velocity, and is equipped with a high-speed 16-bit A/D converter to ensure stable and highly repeatable measurement data. The module is capable of filtering and amplifying vibration signals to extract effective monitoring parameters (e.g., vibration severity) with a set range of 0–100% (two groups) and a response time of ≤5s.
Real-time Display
It features a display function that intuitively presents vibration data, with a dead band of only ±0.25%, enabling on-site personnel to quickly grasp the vibration status of equipment.
Alarm & Protection
It supports alarm and danger switch output. When the vibration value exceeds the set threshold, it can connect to external audible and visual alarms to alert operators. Meanwhile, it can be interfaced with DCS and PLC systems to trigger equipment protection mechanisms in a timely manner and prevent mechanical damage.
Data Recording
It can record vibration data with an effective recording width of 87.5mm and a chart speed of one revolution per 24 hours, facilitating subsequent data tracing and analysis to support the formulation of predictive maintenance strategies.
Fault Self-diagnosis
It is equipped with power-on and power-off detection functions, and can automatically identify faults such as loose connections and disconnections in the test line. When an abnormality occurs, it disconnects the alarm output circuit, effectively suppressing false alarms.
Integration & Communication
It is compatible with the bus architecture of the VIBROCONTROL 4000 system and can work collaboratively with other modules in the system. Its standard current output can be connected to various devices including DCS, PLC systems and paperless recorders, realizing data sharing and remote monitoring.

Application Scenarios
Power Industry
It is used for vibration monitoring and protection of the bearing bushes of rotating machinery such as steam turbines, generators and water pumps, ensuring the stable operation of power generation equipment.
Petrochemical Industry
It is compatible with equipment including compressors, fans and motors, monitors their vibration conditions, and prevents equipment shutdowns and safety accidents caused by abnormal vibration.
Mechanical ManufacturingIt accurately controls vibration levels in the testing process of various rotating machinery on production lines, ensuring product quality and equipment reliability.
Other Industrial FieldsIt is suitable for scenarios requiring long-term vibration monitoring and protection of rotating machinery, providing data support for the safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
