The 3500/20 is the basic interface of the 3500 rack, which supports Bently Nevada's proprietary protocol and is used for rack configuration and obtaining information from the equipment. The 146031-01 module, when used in conjunction with it, can implement the communication processing function within the 3500 rack.
146031-01 Functional Description
The TDI comes with built-in static data capture capability. However, the Channel Enablement Disk is an optional device that enables the TDI to also record dynamic and high resolution transient data. 3500 racks include communication processing capabilities for the TDI.
The 3500/22M series transient data interface connects the 3500 monitoring system to Bently Nevada's System 1 machine management software. tdi combines the functionality of the 3500/20 rack interface module with the data collection capabilities of communication processors such as TDXnet.
The TDI works in the RIM slot of the 3500 rack with M-Series monitors (3500/40M, 3500/42M, etc.) to continuously capture steady-state and transient waveform data and transmit it to the host software via an Ethernet link. By default, the TDI captures static data, but installing additional channel-enabled disks also allows you to record dynamic or transient data.
The data collected by the 146031-01 module will be transmitted to this software via Ethernet. The System 1 software can conduct in-depth analysis, storage, and presentation of this data, helping users comprehensively understand the operating status of the equipment, predict potential faults, and formulate maintenance plans.
