Functional Features

Multi-Channel Design: The module is equipped with 16 analog input channels featuring differential input type, which effectively suppresses common-mode interference to ensure accurate signal acquisition in complex electromagnetic environments. This multi-channel design allows simultaneous connection to multiple external sensors or signal sources, greatly improving the efficiency and comprehensiveness of data collection. High Resolution & Precision: It boasts excellent analog input resolution with different count configurations for various input ranges. For example, the resolution reaches 0...4095 counts at 4-20mA input, and 0...25000 counts at 0...25mA input, etc. The absolute maximum input is 30mA, with an input impedance of 250 ohms. The absolute accuracy error is only ±0.125% of full scale, and the linearity error is controlled at a minimal value across different input ranges (e.g., ±6μA max at 4-20mA). Such high-precision signal acquisition capability makes the module excel in scenarios demanding strict measurement accuracy, such as quality inspection in precision manufacturing.

Filtering & Signal Processing: The built-in single-pole low-pass filter has a 3dB cutoff frequency at 34Hz (±25%), effectively removing high-frequency noise to enhance signal stability and reliability. This is particularly critical in industrial environments with heavy electrical interference, ensuring input signals remain free from noise pollution during transmission and providing an accurate data foundation for subsequent control decisions.
