Triconex 3636T 32-Point Relay Output Modules

The 3636T is a 32-point non-triplicated relay output module with normally open contacts, featuring 1900 VDC point isolation voltage, supporting a maximum of 125 VAC/VDC voltage and 2A current load. Each output point is equipped with a 2.5-amp fast-acting fuse, suitable for industrial automation control scenarios requiring electrical isolation, such as production line equipment start/stop and valve control. When driving inductive loads, the switching power must be derated to 25% of the maximum value, and only the output point LEDs of the primary module will display status.

The Trriconex 3636T is a 32-point relay output module belonging to non-triplicated digital output modules. Special Application Notes for 3636T

Switching Power Derating

  • When driving inductive loads (such as motors or coils), the switching power must be derated to 25% of the maximum value, which is 37.5 watts for DC applications, to avoid overcurrent damage.
  • For incandescent lamps, consider the inrush current (10-15 times the rated nominal load current). Specific parameters should be consulted with the lamp manufacturer.

Module Status and LED Indications

  • Only the output point LEDs of the primary module will display status; spare modules do not activate LEDs to prevent misjudgment.
