Working Principle
During the speed-up process before grid connection, through closed-loop speed control with zero error, the deviation signal between the measured actual speed of the unit and the set speed is analyzed and processed by software and subjected to PID calculation. A standard current signal is then output to the electro-hydraulic converter, which further controls the opening of the regulating steam valve to achieve zero-error speed control.
After the unit is connected to the grid, power closed-loop control or valve position control can be adopted as needed. The unit's power or load is adjusted by controlling the opening of the regulating valve. In case of load rejection, the load regulation will automatically switch to speed regulation mode.
