In terms of input power, the maximum load power reaches 90 VA for AC input and 50 W for DC input. The peak inrush current can hit 4 A with a maximum duration of 250 milliseconds, which allows the device to withstand current surges during startup. Additionally, the product supports an AC frequency of 50/60 Hz, meeting the frequency requirements of most industrial scenarios worldwide.

Output Parameters & Load Capacity

The IC693PWR321 provides three independent output channels, namely a +5 VDC output, a +24 VDC relay power output, and an isolated +24 VDC output. The total power of the three outputs shall not exceed the rated upper limit of 30 watts. Specific parameters of each output are as follows:

+5 VDC Output: The voltage range is 5.0–5.2 VDC (nominal 5.1 VDC). Its maximum output power is included in the combined 15-watt upper limit of the first two channels. The overcurrent protection threshold is 4 A, and the overvoltage protection range is 6.4–7 V. This channel mainly supplies power to components with high voltage precision requirements, such as the PLC’s core control circuits.

+24 VDC Relay Power Output: The voltage output range is 24–28 VDC, with a maximum output power of 15 watts. Dedicated to providing driving power for the circuits of Series 90-30 output relay modules, it ensures the stable operation of relays.

Isolated +24 VDC Output: The voltage range is 21.5–28 VDC, with a maximum output power of 20 watts. It not only powers the internal circuits of certain modules but also serves as an external power supply for 24 VDC input modules. The isolated design effectively reduces interference between different circuits and enhances the safety and stability of power supply.

Meanwhile, the minimum hold-up time of this power supply is 20 milliseconds, which enables it to maintain stable output during brief input power interruptions and prevents abnormal operation of the PLC system caused by momentary power failures.

Mounting & Structural Design

In terms of mounting requirements, the IC693PWR321 must be installed in the leftmost slot of all bases. This design is tailored to the circuit layout and power supply logic of the Series 90-30 PLC system, ensuring the power supply can efficiently distribute power to all modules on the base.
