Network Adaptability and Transmission Performance

It is compatible with the TC-net100 network and complies with the 100BASE-FX optical transmission standard of 100Mbps. Adopting Toshiba's proprietary DOMA (Deterministic Ordered Multiple Access) transmission control method, it can assign transmission rights to nodes within a specific time to ensure deterministic response and meet the real-time requirements of industrial control.
It supports network loops and dual paths to achieve transmission path redundancy and improve the reliability of data transmission. When the main path fails, it can quickly switch to the standby path, reducing the risk of data transmission interruption.
Built-in signal processing mechanism enables efficient management of network traffic, reduces data conflicts, ensures smooth data interaction between I/O modules, and adapts to the concurrent communication scenarios of multiple devices in industrial sites.

Port and Connection Capability

Equipped with multiple optical ports with MT-RJ connectors, it can connect multiple I/O modules and other TC-net100 devices. It supports an optical fiber transmission distance of up to 2km, meeting the long-distance wiring requirements of industrial sites.
It supports stackable connection and can be used with slave hubs such as UTNH22 to flexibly expand the number of network ports, adapting to the networking needs of industrial control systems of different scales.
Cooperating with equipment such as optical jumpers and relay connectors, it can realize flexible connection between different areas and devices, adapting to the complex wiring environment of industrial sites.

Industrial-Grade Reliability Design

Adopting a robust industrial-grade housing design, it has excellent anti-electromagnetic interference, dustproof and moisture-proof performance, and can adapt to the harsh working environments of industrial sites such as high temperature, vibration and dust.
It supports DIN rail or panel mounting with flexible installation methods, facilitating integration into industrial control cabinets, saving installation space and improving the stability of equipment installation.

Management Functions: Serving as the communication hub in the network, it can centrally manage data transmission, including data forwarding, traffic control and error detection.
