To facilitate this process, you are required to read and agree to all our policies and terms (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”). These policies and terms apply to your use of the https://plcdcsmodule.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and the sale of products (hereinafter referred to as “Product” or “Products”) to our customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”, “Customers” or “you”). Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Power Duke’s acceptance of your order. Product differentiations are fully displayed on the Website. Product prices shall be those stated in the latest quotation valid upon Power Duke’s acceptance of your order, or prices otherwise agreed in writing between you and Power Duke. All prices exclude packaging and shipping costs unless otherwise specified in the quotation and agreed in writing by the Customer and Power Duke.
Product Condition: Power Duke focuses on solutions for discontinued industrial automation components. Regarding the condition of each product displayed to Customers on the Website, if we discover material errors affecting your order concerning product availability, product condition or pricing, we will notify you of such corrections, and you may then choose to accept the corrections or cancel your order. If you elect to cancel your order and payment has already been submitted, Power Duke will refund the amount you have paid.
- Used: No original packaging. May be older versions or legacy designs, may bear signs of prior use, and may not come with manuals or accessories. Power Duke provides a 1‑year warranty. Manufacturer’s warranty and support shall not apply unless otherwise agreed.
- New Surplus: Original packaging may have been opened; packaging may have scratches, discoloration and wear marks. Products may be older versions or legacy designs and may not include any documentation or accessories. Power Duke provides a 1‑year warranty. Manufacturer’s warranty and support shall not apply unless otherwise agreed.
- New Products: We also sell brand‑new parts and products. These items are sourced through our cooperating distributors or official authorized dealers. Power Duke provides a one‑year warranty. Manufacturer’s warranty and support shall not apply.

3) Order Acceptance Policy
Customers may place orders via the Website, email or telephone. Receipt of your order confirmation by us does not constitute acceptance of your order by Power Duke.
If terms contained in your purchase order or other documents conflict with our policies and terms, we may process your order on a case‑by‑case basis. However, we do not accept your conflicting terms, and our policies and terms shall supersede any other terms and conditions set forth elsewhere.
All orders are subject to product availability from Power Duke. We reserve the right to limit or cancel purchase quantities for any order at any time and to modify quantities for any special‑offer items without prior notice. We reserve the right to reject any order without liability or prior notification.
Orders placed by new customers may be subject to verification, which may result in processing delays.
Order Cancellation: Subject to written consent from Power Duke, Customers may cancel orders processed by Power Duke only for items marked “In Stock” on Power Duke’s order confirmation sent to the Customer. Items not marked “In Stock” on the order confirmation are non‑cancellable and non‑refundable. If an order containing non‑“In Stock” items is cancelled or withdrawn for any reason, the Customer shall reimburse Power Duke for all costs and commitments incurred by Power Duke for such cancellation or withdrawal, reasonable restocking or other remedies undertaken by Power Duke for the order. Requests for order rescheduling submitted by the Customer are subject to Power Duke’s sole discretion. Once Power Duke has handed over the order to the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
4) Payment Terms
The Customer agrees to pay the full amount of each invoice in accordance with Power Duke’s terms, without any offset or deduction. All prices are denominated in US Dollars. Any exchange‑rate differences arising from currency conversion into US Dollars shall be borne by the Customer.
5) Taxes
Domestic Trade within China: Power Duke is located in Xiamen, China. Pursuant to applicable law, value‑added tax shall apply to parts and goods delivered within China.
International Trade: All applicable pro‑forma invoice charges, PST, HST and/or GST, as well as brokerage fees shall be borne by the Customer and shall be payable upon delivery.
6) Delivery and Title
Shipping and Delivery Dates: Power Duke aims to ship and deliver goods in accordance with dates requested by the Customer to the extent practicable. Generally, for “In‑Stock” products, orders with full payment received before 11:00 AM Beijing Time will be shipped the same day. If payment is received after the shipping cutoff time, orders will normally be shipped on the next business day.
Pre‑order items will be shipped within the timeframe specified after Power Duke receives your order. The Customer acknowledges that shipping and delivery dates provided by Power Duke are estimates only, and Power Duke assumes no liability for failure to ship by estimated dates. For the avoidance of doubt, delivery by Power Duke within 30 days after the requested delivery date shall constitute timely delivery. The Customer may not cancel other batches of an order due to delay of one batch.
Title and Risk of Loss: Unless otherwise specified by the Customer, carriers and shipping routes shall be arranged by Power Duke.
If the Customer designates a carrier to Power Duke and Power Duke delivers the products to that carrier (FOB origin, freight collect), title to the products and risk of loss or damage during transit shall pass to the Customer.
For all other shipments, title to the products and risk of loss or damage in transit shall pass to the Customer upon arrival of the products at the designated destination (Delivered at Destination, freight prepaid plus shipping charges).
Export Control: All purchased products are subject to Chinese export‑control laws, restrictions, regulations and orders. All international orders shall be exported from China in compliance with the Export Administration Regulations.
The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable export laws, restrictions and regulations of Chinese and foreign authorities, and shall not export or ship products to any prohibited or embargoed country or region, nor to any denied or blocked persons or entities referenced under such Chinese or foreign laws and regulations.
The Customer represents and warrants that it is not located in an embargoed country or region, is not on any restricted‑party list, is not a denied or blocked person or entity, and is not legally prohibited from purchasing products or services under this Agreement. The Customer shall be responsible for obtaining any licenses required for import, export or re‑export.
7) Warranty Terms
Power Duke warrants to the Customer that all products sold by Power Duke shall receive warranty service during the warranty period. The warranty period commences on the invoice date. Warranty terms are as follows:
Unless a different warranty is agreed, all products carry a warranty ranging from 3 months to 1 year provided by Power Duke.
Power Duke is not an authorized dealer of the manufacturers and therefore cannot provide manufacturer‑provided warranty services. Customers may visit the relevant manufacturer’s website for further information. The Customer must notify Power Duke of any product defects within the warranty period. Warranty services provided by Power Duke are subject to Power Duke’s policies and terms. If you wish to return a defective product under warranty, we will replace the defective item, provided the Customer returns the relevant product to Power Duke in accordance with Power Duke’s Return Policy.
Return Policy: Products returned under Power Duke’s warranty terms may be replaced with used, pre‑owned or refurbished units. Replacement constitutes our sole obligation under this warranty. If we cannot supply a usable replacement within a reasonable time, we will refund the purchase price of the product. This shall be our sole liability and your exclusive remedy.
Upon inspection by Power Duke, defects caused by misuse, negligence, modification, improper installation, accident, unauthorized repair or improper testing are excluded from warranty coverage.
A product shall not be covered under warranty if its serial number or date code does not match, has been removed or defaced from the unit originally sold by us.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties are excluded, except as expressly set forth in these warranty terms. All statutory and other implied conditions are disclaimed. Specifically, Power Duke makes no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.
8) Return Policy
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: Power Duke will not accept any returns without a unique RMA number.
To obtain an RMA number, the Customer must submit an RMA application online or email the assigned sales representative prior to return, providing: Customer name, relevant invoice number, product serial number and detailed description of the product issue encountered. After an RMA number is issued, the Customer has 14 calendar days to return the product. Power Duke reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns, returns received after the 14‑day deadline, or returns without a valid RMA number.
Return of Defective Products: Within the warranty period specified under “Warranty Terms”, the Customer may return defective products to Power Duke. Power Duke may, at its sole discretion, replace, repair or refund for such products.
Non‑defective Returns: The Customer may apply for return within 15 calendar days from the invoice date; all applications will be reviewed by Power Duke on a case‑by‑case basis. If RMA approval is granted and Power Duke receives the returned product within 30 calendar days from the invoice date (and the product remains in the same condition as originally delivered), Power Duke will charge a 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price, and refund the remaining amount. Products received after 30 calendar days from the invoice date or received in altered condition shall not be accepted for return.
Returned products must be complete. All products must be returned complete including all original factory boxes, packaging materials, manuals, cables and any other accessories originally shipped by Power Duke. Power Duke reserves the right to refuse incomplete returns or impose a minimum 20% restocking fee if incomplete goods are accepted. The assigned RMA number must be printed on each shipping label or outer shipping box. Do not write the RMA number on the original manufacturer’s product box.
Shipping Costs: The Customer shall bear freight charges for returning goods to Power Duke. Power Duke will bear shipping costs for replacement units and will use the same shipping method selected by the Customer.
Shipping Insurance: It is strongly recommended to purchase full insurance to cover loss or damage during return transit. It is also strongly recommended to select a carrier or courier that provides proof of shipment. Power Duke assumes no liability for loss or damage occurring during return shipment.
Returned products must be adequately packaged for transit. Power Duke shall not be liable for any damage arising during return shipment. To minimize risk of damage in transit, the product or its original box must be properly placed inside an outer shipping carton with cushioning material. Products must be securely wrapped with bubble film or foam padding. Shipping without foam padding, bubble film and PE anti‑static bags is prohibited. Each product should preferably be shipped in its own separate outer carton. If multiple items must be packed into one carton, each product shall be protected inside an anti‑static bag and separated by foam or bubble material. Products may not be returned loose or unprotected. Damaged or crushed shipping boxes will not be accepted for return. Products shall not be shipped bare‑boxed, nor secured solely by bubble wrap onto pallets regardless of pallet size or weight suitability.
Refusal / Acceptance of Damaged or Incomplete Shipments: If a package containing products purchased from Power Duke arrives damaged or incomplete, the Customer should refuse acceptance. If the Customer has already accepted delivery, the Customer must: (1) note damaged or missing items on the carrier’s delivery slip to enable Power Duke to file a claim; (2) preserve the product, original box and all packaging materials in received condition; (3) promptly notify Power Duke via phone to customer service or account manager so that the carrier may inspect and retrieve the damaged or incomplete shipment. If the Customer fails to notice damage or shortage, retains the product and original packaging, and does not notify Power Duke within five (5) calendar days after receipt, the product shall be deemed accepted by the Customer and Power Duke’s general return policy shall apply.
9) Limitation of Liability
The Customer shall have no right to claim compensation. Power Duke shall not be liable for lost profits, promotional or manufacturing costs, administrative expenses, business interruption, data loss, costs of disassembly or reinstallation, reputational harm, consequential losses, punitive damages, intellectual‑property infringement, lost contracts or orders, or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
Regardless of the nature of the claim (whether in contract, tort, warranty or otherwise), total compensation payable by Power Duke for any claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the affected product. (Power Duke’s maximum aggregate liability is limited to return and refund of the purchased product.)
10) Usage Restrictions
Products sold by Power Duke are neither recommended nor authorized for use in life‑support systems, surgical implants, nuclear‑energy facilities or aerospace applications, nor for any use where failure of a single component may cause substantial personal injury or property damage. The Customer agrees that any such application or resale shall be undertaken entirely at the Customer’s own risk, and agrees to hold Power Duke and its affiliates harmless against any claims or damages arising therefrom.
The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Power Duke and its affiliates against all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses and liabilities arising out of or related to the use or performance of the products in the aforementioned high‑risk applications.
Use of any accompanying software shall be subject to the relevant manufacturer’s end‑user license agreement.
11) Software License
Power Duke sells hardware products only and does not resell software licenses. Some hardware units may contain embedded software. Without obtaining the corresponding software license from the relevant manufacturer in advance, lawful operation of such software may not be permitted.
Power Duke respects the intellectual‑property rights of others and expects the Customer to do likewise. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Power Duke does not grant any operating‑system or software‑use licenses. Lawful software licensing, maintenance and upgrades are governed by the respective manufacturer’s end‑user license agreements; it is the Customer’s responsibility to obtain valid software licenses from the applicable manufacturer.
12) Force Majeure
Power Duke shall not be liable for delayed delivery or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond Power Duke’s reasonable control, including but not limited to product allocation, material shortages, labor disputes, transportation delays, unforeseen events, natural disasters, acts or omissions of third parties, acts or omissions of civil or military authorities, government priorities, fire, strikes, floods, severe weather, computer failures, terrorism, pandemics, quarantine restrictions, civil unrest or war. Delivery and performance deadlines shall be extended accordingly. Power Duke may also elect to notify the Customer of cancellation of the order or any remaining portion without incurring liability.
13) Website Usage Policy
Content, Copyright and Trademark Notice: All media (downloads or samples), software, texts, images, graphics, user interfaces, music, videos, logos, brands, artwork and other content on this Website (collectively “Content”), including design, selection and arrangement, are owned or licensed by Power Duke or their original creators. Content is protected by copyright, trade‑dress, trademark laws and other intellectual‑property statutes. Except as permitted under these Terms, no website, media outlet or commercial entity may copy, reproduce, record, forward, rent, broadcast, distribute, upload, embed, modify, create derivative works from, implement, digitize, compile, translate or transmit any Content to any other computer system without prior explicit written consent from Power Duke. No patent, copyright, trade secret, trade‑dress, personality‑right or trademark‑related licenses or rights are conferred upon you. Power Duke reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.
Power Duke is a trademark or service mark of Power Duke. All custom graphics, icons, logos and service names are trademarks and service marks of Power Duke. Some images are provided by manufacturers. All other trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners. No logos or service marks belonging to Power Duke may be used without prior explicit written permission. Power Duke claims no ownership over third‑party trademarks or trade names other than its own.
Access and Use of the Website: Power Duke grants you a limited license to access and use the Website, including to display, copy, distribute and download Content solely for your personal non‑commercial use, provided you do not modify Content or remove any copyright or proprietary notices. This license terminates automatically upon any breach of the Website Usage Policy. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy all copies in your possession.
