It achieves power redundancy through diode isolation technology — when the main power supply fails, the backup power supply can switch seamlessly to avoid system shutdown due to power outage. Meanwhile, the module provides a fused 24V DC output (Fused +24V/0V) to supply stable power for external auxiliary equipment (such as sensors and relays). The fuse is a 10A anti-surge type, which effectively prevents damage caused by overload.


2. Power Monitoring and Fault Protection

The module has a comprehensive power status monitoring and fault protection mechanism. It can real-time monitor whether the input voltage is within the normal operating range of 18V-32V (compatible with 24V DC nominal power supply). When the voltage is lower than 18V or higher than 32V, it can feed back fault signals through the system to assist in troubleshooting power abnormalities. In addition, the module integrates reverse polarity protection (preventing component burnout due to reversed positive and negative poles of the power supply), RFI filtering (reducing the impact of radio frequency interference on power signals) and open-circuit protection. These functions avoid unstable system power supply caused by line disconnection and poor contact, and fully ensure the safety of power input.

For high-safety-level scenarios (such as petrochemical and nuclear energy industries), the 05701-A-0325 supports the "independent power supply" configuration.
