High-precision Signal Conversion: Adopts 12-bit analog-to-digital conversion technology, with an input impedance of more than 100kΩ for voltage signals and approximately 330Ω for current signals. The input filter has a uniform time constant of 100μs, ensuring the precision and anti-interference capability of signal conversion. The conversion cycle is 2ms (in 8-input + 8-output configuration), balancing conversion speed and data stability.
Real-time Status Monitoring: Each channel is configured with an independent LED indicator that intuitively displays the signal input status of the corresponding channel, facilitating rapid on-site troubleshooting of signal anomalies and improving maintenance efficiency.
Stable and Reliable Operation: Boasts excellent environmental adaptability and electromagnetic interference resistance, capable of stable operation within a temperature range of 0°C - +60°C. The maximum conversion error is only ±1% of the full scale, and the typical conversion error at room temperature (+25°C) is ±0.5% of the full scale, meeting the stringent operating conditions of industrial sites.
