Installation & Usage Guidelines
Installation EnvironmentMount on a flat surface free from strong magnetic fields, direct sunlight, and extreme temperature changes, away from explosion-risk areas.Cutout dimensions: 240×130 mm.
Tightening torque of fixing screws: 0.5–1.0 Nm.
Keep sufficient ventilation space and do not block vents.
Grounding RequirementsUse a grounding cable ≥ 2.5 mm² to connect the panel to ground via an M5 screw.
Grounding wire should be as short as possible; braided ground wire is recommended.
Ensure equipotential bonding between the panel and control system to avoid communication errors.
Cabling SpecificationsUse shielded cables for communication.
Separate high-voltage cables from signal and power cables.
For RS485 bus, use shielded twisted-pair cable (cross-section ≥ 0.25 mm², capacitance ≤ 52.5 pF/m).
Only install 120Ω termination resistors at the two ends of the bus.
Maintenance NotesOnly qualified personnel can perform repair and battery replacement.
Battery replacement must be done in non-hazardous areas.
