  • Thread Engagement Limit: For the M10×1 thread, the maximum thread engagement length is 15mm, adhering to the industry standard of 1.5 times the nominal thread diameter.   • Connector: Features a corrosion-resistant, gold-plated ClickLoc connector, which can be tightened by hand (with an audible "click" to indicate proper seating). Its specially designed locking mechanism prevents loosening, and no special tools are required for installation or removal. This probe model is equipped with a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector and does not include a connector protector.
Application and Compatibility Notes
  • Application Scenarios: Suitable for vibration and position measurement in fluid-film bearing machinery, as well as Keyphasor referencing and speed measurement. When installation space permits, 8mm probes are recommended for priority use due to their thicker coil encapsulation in the molded PPS plastic tip and larger housing diameter, offering enhanced durability.
  • Compatibility Details: Interchangeable with non-XL 3300 Series 5mm and 8mm components. However, when used in combination, system performance will be limited to the specifications of non-XL 3300 Series 5mm and 8mm sensor systems. It is also compatible with 3300 XL Proximitor sensors and extension cables. If extended temperature range (ETR) components are used, system accuracy will be limited to the precision of ETR systems.
