Servo Valve Control and I/O Interface

Core Functions: It drives and monitors electro-hydraulic servo valves to enable precise regulation of turbine fuel and steam flow rates. The card supports 2-coil or 3-coil servo configurations, with the 3-coil setup dedicated to TMR redundant systems for enhanced reliability.
Pulse Rate Input: It processes frequency signals ranging from 2Hz to 14kHz, suitable for speed/position closed-loop control scenarios such as diverter feedback.
Sensor Compatibility: It is compatible with both active and passive speed sensors. When paired with a backup protection module, it can be expanded to support an additional 2 channels of passive speed sensors, meeting the requirements for multi-source speed monitoring of turbines.

Channel and Feedback System

Channel Configuration: It features 4 independent servo control channels, and each channel supports up to 3 LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) or LVDR (Linear Variable Differential Resistor) feedback sensors.
Feedback Processing: Built-in software supports median, maximum and minimum value filtering of sensor signals. Hardware-level signal conditioning and fault diagnosis ensure the accuracy and anti-interference capability of position feedback.
Output Characteristics: It provides bidirectional servo current output, suitable for driving the positive and negative strokes of servo valves, and supports continuous closed-loop regulation of valve core position.
