DS200ACNAG1ADD is an ARCNET connection card specially developed by General Electric for the Mark V series. Function and purpose: It provides connection points for ARCNET LAN communication within the MKV system. Board signals are transmitted between main processor boards (LDCC) through the ARCNET board to the turbine control operator interface and then returned, with these signals transmitted via coaxial cables.
Appearance and components:
Connectors: There are two BNC connectors, marked A and B, which are right-angle female connectors for connecting LAN coaxial cables. There is also a 6-pin vertical pin terminal connector located in the center of the circuit board.
Electronic components: It includes four metal film resistors (R1 to R4), three capacitors (C1 to C3), and one diode. There are two relays near the bottom edge of the circuit board, and relay logic diagrams are printed on the top of the relays.
Others: There are two factory-drilled holes on both sides of the circuit board, with metal washers inserted, marked GND1/GND2, which are used for grounding.
Application fields: It is usually used in various industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automation, and process control, and is part of the Mark V system in GE Speedtronic series of gas/steam turbine management systems.
