(1) High-Precision Acquisition & Strong Anti-Interference

This module uses a 16-bit Σ-Δ ADC and precision signal conditioning circuit, combined with an independent RC low-pass filter with software-configurable time constant. It achieves ±0.1% full-scale measurement accuracy and effectively suppresses high-frequency noise and electromagnetic interference (EMI) in industrial fields. Compliant with IEC 61000-4 EMC standards, it ensures stable signal acquisition and avoids data distortion even in complex environments with inverters and high-power motors, providing high-quality data for process control. The 16-bit resolution captures subtle changes of field parameters to meet high-precision control requirements.

(2) Intelligent Diagnostics & Easy Maintenance

With H50 enhanced diagnostics, the AAI141-H50 S2 monitors the status of each input channel in real time, quickly detecting open circuit, short circuit, over-range and other faults, and reports alarms to the DCS system immediately, reducing troubleshooting time and downtime losses. Integrated with Yokogawa Plant Resource Manager (PRM), it supports remote reading of HART device secondary variables, status and calibration data for predictive maintenance, lowering manual inspection costs. The module also supports hot swapping (with system configuration), allowing replacement without system shutdown for continuous operation.

The high-density module integrates 16 independent input channels on a single card, saving cabinet space and reducing per-point hardware cost, ideal for large projects with hundreds or thousands of analog inputs.
