FAQ

1. Module fails to power on

Troubleshooting:
① Verify normal DC 24V power supply (voltage range: 21.6–26.4V);
② Check for loose or poor contact at module power terminals;
③ Inspect whether the backplane fuse of the rack is blown;
④ Replace the module in case of hardware damage.

2. RUN indicator flashes and FAULT indicator keeps steady on

Troubleshooting:
① Read fault codes via software or combined panel indicator status;
② Check I/O wiring for short circuit or overload;
③ Abnormal communication bus (incorrect RS-485/CAN wiring, missing terminating resistor);
④ Logic program error; re-download the backup program.

3. Analog input signal fluctuates greatly with unstable readings

Troubleshooting:
① Use shielded twisted-pair cables for analog signal wiring and keep away from power cables (spacing ≥ 30cm);
