Product Overview
PU410K01 is a complete external RTA (Real-Time Accelerator) communication kit. It establishes communication links between PC workstations and MB300 (MasterBus 300) / eDCN control networks, supporting single-channel or dual-channel redundant PC connections.
Designed for legacy Advant DCS systems, the kit acts as a gateway between the upper engineering station and MB300 token bus. It works with Control Builder A software for controller program downloading, online commissioning and bus diagnostics. It is also an official ABB StepUp upgrade solution to replace legacy PU513x, PU515x, PU516x and PU519 RTA communication units. It serves as spare parts for maintenance and upgrade of existing systems and is not intended for new greenfield projects.
Key distinction: PU410 (3BSE056478R1) refers to the core main unit inside the kit; PU410K01 denotes the full complete bill-of-material kit. The two items are not interchangeable.
