The Bently Nevada 3500/32-01-00 149986-02+125720-02 4-Channel Relay Module is a full-height module of the 3500 series, providing four relay outputs. It can be installed in any slot to the right of the Transient Data Interface Module (TDI). Each relay output can be independently programmed to perform voting logic, and supports configuring alarm drive logic through "AND/OR" logic. The input sources include alarming statuses (Alert/Danger), Not-OK signals, or individual PPLs from any monitor channel in the rack.

Ordering Information
Model Composition: 3500/32-AA-BB, where:
AA = 01 (4-channel relay output module)
BB = 00 (no agency approval)
Dependent Components: Requires 3500/22 Transient Data Interface (TDI) module and compatible firmware/software (e.g., 3500 Rack Configuration Software V4.5 or later)
II. 149986-02 (Spare 4-Channel Relay Control Module)
Functional Positioning
Serves as a spare control module for the 3500/32M relay module, used to replace faulty components and ensure continuous system operation.
Application Scenarios
Suitable for industrial scenarios requiring quick module replacement to minimize downtime, such as maintenance of machinery condition monitoring systems.
III. 125720-02 (Spare 4-Channel Relay Output Module)
Functions and Limitations
Acts as a spare output module, only applicable for repair scenarios (marked as "available for repair only" in the document), not for new purchases.
Usage Notes
Requires matching with a control module (e.g., 149986-02). Ensure compatibility with the original system when replacing independently.
IV. Common Characteristics and Precautions
System Compatibility
All modules must comply with the hardware and software version requirements of the 3500 series rack to ensure compatibility with other components (such as display modules and data acquisition modules).
Safety Warnings
In hazardous area applications, relay voltage must be limited within the certified range (e.g., 30Vdc/30Vac); otherwise, safety certifications will be violated.
High voltage may pose an electric shock hazard, requiring protective measures.
Maintenance and Spare Parts Management
It is recommended to use the spare control module (149986-02) and output module (125720-02) together to address sudden failures and shorten maintenance time.
