ABB INNPM22 Bailey Infi 90 Network Processor Module.As a network processor module in the Bailey Infi 90 system, the ABB INNPM22 plays a critical role in industrial automation control, with remarkable functional characteristics: Compared with previous products, the INNIS 21/INNPM22 module has significantly improved performance and capacity, enabling more efficient processing of data and commands in the system to meet the growing needs of industrial control. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a new Infi-net to computer interface, as well as local and remote bridging modules for Infi-net to Infi-net. Through these interfaces and bridging functions, data transmission and interaction between different devices and networks can be achieved, facilitating system expansion and upgrading. For example, in complex industrial network environments, it can connect Infi-net networks in different regions to realize data sharing and collaborative control. Additionally, when upgrading old controllers based on Network 90/Infi 90 (such as AMM, LMM, COM, and MFC modules), the INNPM22 enables seamless evolution to AC 800M-S800 I/O. Without changing the existing system architecture and most equipment, replacing or adding this module can enhance system performance, reduce the costs and risks of "demolition and replacement" controller upgrades, and minimize downtime and potential risks during the upgrading process.
