Technical Parameters
Input Power Supply: Receives 38V and 115V AC (24V DC) input power from the Control Power Transformer (CPT).
Output Power Supply: Provides control - level power for drivers and 115V AC power for cabinet fans.
Unregulated 24V DC output: the rated output currents of +24V and -24V are 3A and 1A respectively.
Draws 15V DC voltage from the 24V DC power supply. Each 15V DC output can handle 0.8A, of which 0.25A can be used for external loads.
Generates +5V DC, 4A output using the +24V DC power supply.
Fuses
FU2 and FU3 (7A, 2AG) prevent power output short circuits. Fuse blow indication is provided by Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) CR51 and CR55.
FU1 (1/2A, 2AG) protects the 115V AC output.
Voltage and Current Feedback VCO Circuit: The Voltage - Controlled Oscillator (VCO) circuit converts input voltage into frequency signals. The nominal output frequency of each VCO is 250kHz, and the output frequency range is 0 to 500kHz.
The SDCC/LDCC board receives feedback from the output bridge VCO circuit at connector 1PL, pin 13 (1PL - 13), and uses the DIP switch SW4 to adjust the voltage supplied to the circuit.
The diagnostic signal at test point TP37 on the SDCC/LDCC board is transmitted by the frequency - voltage reconstruction circuit through 1PL - 37. The first VCO transmits the motor voltage feedback to the SDCC/LDCC board through 1PL - 39.
The motor voltage attenuation circuit provides an analog representation of the motor voltage. The signal is routed to the SDCC/LDCC board through 1PL - 6. The attenuation circuit is biased at 2.5V and can range between 0 and 5V. The motor voltage feedback is scaled using the DIP switch SW6.
The DS200SDCIG2AHB is a power supply board designed and manufactured by General Electric. It is part of the EX2000 series for IGBT drive applications. Through various circuits and power outputs, it provides power and feedback signals for related equipment.
