The
DS200SDCCG1AEC DS215SDCCG1AZZ01A is a core
drive control card developed by
General Electric for the Mark V series, and belongs to the product lineup adopting the proprietary Speedtronic control system technology. First introduced with the Mark I series in the late 1960s, the Speedtronic technology has made the Mark V series one of GE’s representative product lines leveraging this technology.
Integrated with core control circuits and system software required for drives, this control card is not only compatible with AC2000, DC2000 and EX2000 series drives, but also applicable to various functional modules in TC2000-related scenarios. Its universal interface circuit enables flexible interconnection with other boards, thereby constructing different types of AC and DC motor drive systems and realizing integrated management and control of drive signals, motor signals and customer I/O.

Fault Display and Hardware Configuration
The board is equipped with a set of 10 LED indicators. Fault codes are output in two formats: Binary-Coded Decimal (BCD) and binary, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly locate equipment abnormalities.
The board features a thick PCB coating, and is combined with current-limiting components such as capacitors, resistors, and diodes on the substrate to achieve voltage storage and hardware protection. Meanwhile, it is equipped with two types of jumpers: Berg-type jumpers marked as JP and hard-wired jumpers marked as WJ, supporting targeted functional configuration. In addition, onboard test points are provided for subsequent debugging and fault troubleshooting.

Basic Physical and Production Parameters
It is produced in the United States and is a standard control card of the GE Mark V series; some merchants indicate that its dimensions are approximately 16cm × 16cm × 12cm and its weight is around 0.8kg (minor differences may exist under different assembly conditions).
In addition to mainstream drives such as the AC2000 series, its universal interface design enables it to meet the motor drive combination requirements in various industrial scenarios, covering a wide range of industrial motor control applications.
It adopts a multi-processor collaborative architecture, which avoids operational freezes caused by overload of a single processor. Combined with the solidified system software and adjustable parameter storage design, it not only ensures the stability of basic control logic but also adapts to the parameter fine-tuning needs of on-site working conditions.
The memory chips adopt a socket-mounted design, allowing the software data of the old card to be directly migrated to the new card during replacement; the combination of LED fault display and onboard test points greatly reduces the difficulty of fault troubleshooting and daily maintenance.
