TRICONEX 3623 / 3623T is a 16-channel, 120 VDC TMR triple modular redundant supervised digital output module designed exclusively for the Tricon safety control system.It is specially engineered for safety-critical applications up to SIL 2–3, including ESD emergency shutdown, burner management, fire and gas systems, and critical valve control.Its core value lies in providing full-link online supervision of output switching, field circuits and load status in applications where outputs maintain a single state for long periods (years without change), without disturbing the output signal.

It can detect critical faults such as wire breakage, power loss, fuse failure, load loss, false energization and short circuits.
