GE IS220YSILS1B is a core safety protection I/O module exclusively for GE Mark VIe/VIeS systems. Developed for the Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) of gas turbines, steam turbines and critical industrial equipment, it integrates safety circuits for emergency shutdown, solenoid valve control, as well as pressure, speed and flame detection. Complying with SIL 3 safety integrity level, it serves as a key safety component of the GE Speedtronic control system.
