HIMA F‑PWR02 HIQuad X Power Supply Module

Basic Information

F‑PWR02 is an expansion rack power supply module for HIMA HIQuad X system. It is specially designed for power supply scenario of H51X expansion rack, providing regulated power supply and voltage dip buffering capability for backplane I/O modules of expansion rack. F‑PWR02 is not used for the basic main rack, and it is only installed inside the I/O expansion rack of HIQuad X system. It cooperates with F‑PWR01 main power supply module to build the power supply architecture of the complete safety system, meeting IEC61508 SIL3 functional safety level requirements. It is widely used for power supply of expansion units in SIS safety instrumented systems. F‑PWR02 can compensate for input voltage transient dip up to 20ms, preventing shutdown failure of expansion rack modules caused by short‑term voltage disturbance.
