AMAT 0190-28651 CPCI-3840 Single Board Computer
AMAT 0190-28651, CPCI-3840 is a 3U CompactPCI industrial CPU single board computer (SBC). Built on the low-power Intel Pentium M processor, this board is custom-engineered for AMAT semiconductor process equipment. It serves as the host unit for equipment process control, system monitoring and human-machine interface. Compliant with PICMG 2.0 R3.0 and PICMG 2.1 R2.0 CompactPCI bus standards, it adopts a 32bit/33MHz CPCI backplane bus. It supports the matching CPCI-R3840 RTM (Rear Transition Module) to route rear I/O signals.

Core Hardware Specifications
- Processor: Intel Pentium M 1.6GHz (standard for AMAT custom version), up to 2MB L2 cache. Low power consumption design for long-term non-stop operation inside equipment cabinets; Celeron M version available as an option.
- Memory: Supports PC2700 DDR-SDRAM, maximum 2GB, dual 200pin SODIMM memory sockets.
- Graphics: Intel 855GME integrated graphics with 32MB shared video memory. Front panel VGA port; DVI output available via RTM module.
- Ethernet: Dual Gigabit Ethernet controllers Intel 82546EB. One front-facing Gigabit LAN port, the second Gigabit LAN routed through J2 backplane to RTM, realizing isolated control network and data network for semiconductor equipment.
- Storage Interfaces: Ultra ATA100 IDE, CompactFlash and SATA. Supports CF card and 2.5-inch IDE hard disk, available for both diskless industrial operation and local storage.
- Peripheral Interfaces: USB2.0, AC97 audio (line out + microphone input).
- Bus Specification: 3U CompactPCI, 32-bit 33MHz PCI bus.
- Accessory: CPCI-R3840 Rear Transition Module (RTM), to expand rear I/O including DVI, Ethernet and audio signals.
