NI PXIE-6556 PXI Digital Waveform Instruments
The 200 MHz, 24-channel, on-board PPMU with active load PXI Digital Waveformer - PXIe-6556 is a digital waveform generator and analyser for connectivity, characterisation and DC parametric testing with 24 single-ended digital pins. The device is capable of sampling digital waveforms up to 200 MHz and interfacing with user-programmable voltage levels. The PXIe-6556 also features measurement hardware comparison for bit error testing, DC voltage and current parameters, and advanced digital timing per pin. In addition, the PXIe-6556 can be configured as an active load and has an external SMU connection for high-precision DC measurements.
