4-Fold Power Distribution with Fuse Protection

  • Equipped with 4 slow-blow miniature fuses (max. 4 A), each dedicated to a power path for independent line protection.
  • Supports L+ (resp. EL+) and L- power supply connection, with front contact pins (1, 2, 3, 4, L-) for easy wiring to IO modules and sensors.
  • Rear terminals (d6, d10, d14, d18) provide 24 V DC power for individual IO slots, ensuring targeted power supply.

Intelligent Fuse Monitoring & Status Feedback

  • Integrated evaluation logic monitors the state of each fuse, with corresponding LEDs providing real-time status signals.
  • LED indicators work as follows: LED on (fuse in order + supply voltage exists), LED flashing (fuse faulty/missing or supply voltage fails), LED off (module not wired).
  • Relay contact (d22/z24) closes when all fuses are functional; de-energizes if any fuse is missing or faulty, enabling centralized fault alerting.

Reliable Performance & Low Residual Values

  • Zero residual voltage (0 V) and residual current (0 mA) when a fuse trips, preventing secondary circuit damage.
  • Max. 3 V residual voltage and < 1 mA residual current in case of missing supply, ensuring system safety.
  • Relay switching time of approx. 100 ms for fast fault response, minimizing downtime.
