GE IS200ERIOH1ABB EX2100 board card

The GE IS200ERIOH1ABB EX2100 board is an I/O regulating board of the EX2100 excitation control system, used for customer and system I/O interfaces, supporting simplex and redundant regulator control. In simplex mode, it is installed on the ERBP backplane to connect customer I/O signals of ECT BG2 and EPCT terminal boards, as well as system I/O signals of EROC and ERDD boards. In redundant mode, it also connects system I/O signals of ERRR. It controls data storage and acquisition to DPM through FPGA, connects with EROC and ERDD boards via ERBP/ERRB backplanes, links to EPCT and ECTB through 25-pin connectors, is manufactured by GE Fanuc, and adopts conformal coating to protect hardware components.

  • Connection Method: Connects to EROC and ERDD boards through ERBP or ERRB backplane, links to ERBP and ERRB via two 25-pin connectors, and further connects to EPCT and ECTB.
  • Protection Feature: Adopts conformal coating for protection, effectively safeguarding hardware components on the board and enhancing reliability in complex environments.
