A: ① Check whether the 24V power supply voltage is normal (21.6~26.4V) to eliminate power fluctuation;

③ Reset parameters (restore factory defaults via Parameter 196.06) to rule out parameter errors;

Q: The valve moves sluggishly with poor positioning accuracy (error > ±1%)?
A: ① Calibrate PID parameters (increase P value and decrease I value to avoid overshoot);
② Check whether the actuator pushrod is well aligned to eliminate lateral force;
③ Clean the pneumatic pipeline filter to remove blockage caused by impurities;
