Q: Severe load surge occurs during grid connection. How to fix it?
A: Adjust the loading rate potentiometer clockwise to slow down, set the ramp time to 10-15 seconds. Ensure single-ended grounding of load sharing cable shield. Calibrate unloading trip level to 0V.
Q: Circuit breaker fails to trip during disconnection.
A: Verify relay operation by checking terminals 18-19 (closed) and 19-20 (open). Inspect wiring of momentary normally-open unloading button. Confirm load drops to preset trip level.
Q: Unstable load under base load mode.
A: Check 10kΩ external potentiometer wiring with single-ended shield grounding. Set base load limit to 3V. Avoid simultaneous adjustment via external signal and internal potentiometer.
