Functional Features
Isolated Pulse Driving & Transfer
Receives low-voltage control pulses from main control board, electrically isolates and forwards pulses to IGCT gate terminals of rectifier bridge. Physically separates strong and weak current loops to prevent high voltage from power side penetrating into master controller and causing component damage.
Power Device Fault Feedback
Collects real-time fault signals of IGCT overcurrent, shoot-through and undervoltage, feeds data back to UNITROL main controller via optical fiber to activate fault interlock and standby channel switchover protection of excitation system.
Auxiliary Cabinet Temperature Monitoring
Built-in NTC thermistor monitors internal temperature of power cabinet and sends over-temperature alarm to upper computer once threshold is exceeded.
DIP Switch Custom Configuration
