ICS Triplex Trusted T8431C is a Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) 24 VDC analog input module belonging to the Trusted T8000 Series. Developed for SIL3 high-safety industrial applications, it performs high-precision acquisition and fault-tolerant transmission of critical analog signals including 4–20 mA, 0–10 V and thermocouple inputs.

Designed with a 2-out-of-3 (2oo3) hardware voting scheme and channel-level triple redundancy architecture, every single channel incorporates three independent signal paths. Equipped with 2500 V isolation and comprehensive diagnostic functions, the module maintains bumpless operation upon single-path failure.
