The FOXBORO P0916DC terminal cable is specifically designed for connecting the FBM247 module to terminal assemblies (TA). It adopts a durable Type 1 termination method, ensuring stable and reliable performance in industrial environments. With a length of 3 meters (9.8 feet), it can adapt to most installation scenarios, providing flexible space for wiring. This cable can withstand harsh industrial environments, being moisture-proof, dust-proof and vibration-resistant, making it suitable for various complex working conditions. In process control systems, it is often used to connect instruments such as pressure, temperature and flow transmitters; in discrete I/O systems, it can realize connections with discrete devices like switches and buttons, serving as a capable cable product for industrial automation control connections.
Cable Length
The maximum length can reach 30 meters (98 feet), and a variety of different length specifications are available to meet the needs of different installation scenarios.
Cable Materials
There are two types of materials: Polyurethane and LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen).
For cables made of polyurethane, the outer sheath is polyurethane, and the main conductor insulation is semi-rigid PVC, with a temperature range of -20 to +80°C (-4 to +176°F).
LSZH cables are composed of thermoplastic or thermosetting compounds, which produce little smoke and do not release halogens when burned at high temperatures, with a temperature range of -40 to +105°C (-40 to +221°F).

Purpose
It is used to connect the DIN rail-mounted terminal assembly (TA) to the FBM247 module via the field connector on the backplane, enabling field I/O signals to access the FBM subsystem. It also allows the terminal assembly to be installed in the chassis or adjacent chassis, increasing installation flexibility.
