Core Functions and Features

Signal Processing: It receives input signals from 1-4 channels of Bently-certified third-party positive voltage pressure sensors (psia), conditions the signals to enable multiple pressure measurements, and supports the calculation of 8 measurement variables related to cylinder pressure operation, including:

Single-chamber related: discharge pressure, suction pressure, maximum pressure, minimum pressure, compression ratio;

Combined calculations: peak rod compression force, peak rod tension, rod reversal degree.

Alarm Configuration: It allows users to configure Alert thresholds for each activated measurement variable and Danger thresholds for any two activated measurement variables. By continuously comparing monitoring parameters with configured thresholds, it triggers alarms to achieve mechanical protection.

Signal Output: Cooperating with the monitor, it provides buffered sensor outputs. Each channel is equipped with a coaxial connector at the front end and has a short-circuit protection function; the output signal is inverted and offset by -2.265 Vdc.

• Measurement Range and Scale Factor: Supports multiple pressure ranges with corresponding scale factors as follows (assuming +0.5 Vdc at 0 psia and +10.0 Vdc at full scale):
