The Triconex 3604A is a SIL3-rated 16-channel sourcing digital output module for Schneider’s Triconex Tricon safety control system. Originally engineered as a dedicated DO card for safety interlock ESD systems, BMS burner management systems and F&G fire & gas systems, it is compatible with the full range of redundant safety controller racks of Tricon V9 and V10 platforms.

Designed on TMR Triple Modular Redundant architecture, the module provides 16 channels of 24VDC sourcing outputs with built-in circuit readback diagnostics and load open-circuit detection. It delivers discrete safety drive signals for field solenoid valves, audible & visual alarm beacons and emergency shutdown trip valves, serving as the standard output card for critical safety loops in petrochemical, thermal power and coal chemical industries.
