Applicable Scenarios
Widely used in industrial automation (robot control, assembly lines, production lines), building automation, security systems, and medical equipment, providing reliable power support.

The Reliance Electric WR-D4007 power supply card typically adopts the DIN rail mounting method, featuring a compact size that facilitates installation and wiring.
Specific installation methods:
Preparation before installation: Ensure the installation location is well-ventilated, dry, and not easily subject to external interference. Turn off the relevant AC power supply to ensure safety during the installation process.
Securing the power supply card: Install the WR-D4007 power supply card on a suitable position via the DIN rail; usually, it can be simply clipped onto the DIN rail. For specific operations, refer to the mechanical installation drawings attached to the product. If the DIN rail mounting method is not used, the power supply card can be fixed on the mounting plate or equipment cabinet using screws according to the positions of its mounting holes.
Connecting the power cord: There are usually clearly marked AC power input terminals on the power supply card. For example, terminals 7 and 8 are AC input terminals, generally marked with "L" (live wire) and "N" (neutral wire). Connect the AC power cord that meets the input voltage range requirements to the corresponding terminals correctly, taking care not to reverse the connection. For grounding requirements, a 2-square-millimeter or thicker grounding conductor should be used to connect the grounding terminal of the power supply card to an independent grounding electrode. If independent grounding is not possible, the FG terminal must be connected to a separate grounding electrode that is isolated from the drive power grounding electrode.
Connecting the output line: According to the requirements of the equipment that needs power supply, connect the DC output end of the power supply card to the equipment. Pay attention to distinguishing the positive and negative poles: connect the DC positive pole of the power supply card to the positive pole of the equipment, and the DC negative pole to the negative pole of the equipment.
Connecting the communication line (if needed): To realize data exchange and communication between the power supply card and other equipment or systems, according to the supported communication interfaces (such as Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485, etc.), use the corresponding communication cables to connect it to other equipment, and set it according to the specified communication protocol.
Inspection and debugging: After the installation is completed, carefully check whether all connections are firm, with no looseness or wrong connections. After confirmation, turn on the power and observe whether the indicator lights on the power supply card, such as the green (POWER) LED, light up normally. If the indicator lights display normally and the equipment can operate properly, it indicates that the power supply card is installed successfully.
