Honeywell/SIEGER 05701-A-0405 is a 16-channel AC-DC power supply unit. It features 1U height and 19-inch rack mounting. It comes standard with a 50W switch-mode module, which can be upgraded to 200W. The input range is 85-264V AC or 110-340V DC, and the output is 24V±10% DC.
It is equipped with overload protection, which is activated at 105% load and can automatically recover. The 50W module has obtained multiple safety certifications. The inrush current is 30A (at 230V full load), and the leakage current is 0.75mA max for the 50W module.
It includes an M5 grounding point and weighs 960g (when equipped with the 50W module). It is compatible with universal 19-inch racks, providing stable DC power for the system.

Power Configuration:
Power can be upgraded by adding modules, as follows:
- 50W (standard configuration, 1 x 50W module)
- 100W (add 1 x 50W module, total 2 modules)
- 150W (add 1 x 50W sub-unit, including 1 x 50W module)
- 200W (on the basis of 150W, add 1 more 50W module to the sub-unit)
- Overload Protection: Activates when exceeding 105% of the rated full load, with automatic recovery function.
- Safety Certifications: The 50W module is certified to UL1950, IEC950, and CSA 22.2 No 234.
- Inrush Current: Typical 30A per 50W module at 230V input and full load.

Upgrading to 100W:
- Remove the fixing screws from the top cover of the power supply unit and take off the cover.
- Cut and remove the straps that secure the unused AC and DC connection cables to the sub-unit chassis.
- For the 50W switch-mode module to be added to the 50W sub-unit, remove and discard the four packaging screws from the underside of the module, but retain the long nuts and washers.
- Ensure the spacers under the printed circuit board of the added 50W switch-mode module are correctly positioned.
- Insert the module into the empty slot in the 50W sub-unit in the same orientation as the installed module, and secure it with the washers and long nuts retained in step 3.
- Connect the second AC input and 24V DC output cable connectors of the 50W sub-unit to the AC input terminal CN1 and DC output terminal CN2 on the added 50W switch-mode module, respectively.
- Reinstall the top cover.
Upgrading to 150W or 200W:
- Install a second 50W sub-unit (containing one 50W switch-mode module) to the front panel of the 16-channel AC-DC power supply unit using the supplied fasteners.
- To upgrade to 200W, install an additional 50W switch-mode module in the new 50W sub-unit following the steps for upgrading to 100W.
